Delicious beef and noodle dinner with snow peas, onions and mushrooms in an amazing gravy!
Ingredients
Directions

Prepare a pot of water for noodles. Cook noodles according to packaging instructions.

Make gravy. In a large skillet on medium heat add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika. Whisk in 4 tablespoons of flour. Next add 2 tablespoons of minced onion and 1 teaspoon of minced garlic. Whisk for a minute, then add 3 cups of beef broth and 1/8 of a cup of red wine. Bring to a simmer. Next add in 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce,1 teaspoon dark soy sauce and 1/4 teaspoon of cracked pepper. Simmer, stirring occasionally until sauce thickens.

While sauce is simmering, cook vegetables. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to a large skillet on medium high heat and sauté onions, snow peas and mushrooms until softened and desired texture and doneness is achieved. Remove from heat and skillet, setting aside.

In the same skillet used to cook vegetables cook steak. Trim fat off steak and slice into bite size pieces. Dredge steak in flour and add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil to the skillet on medium high heat. Cook steak for a few minutes then remove from heat.

Add vegetables and steak to the gravy.

Drain cooked noodles and toss in gravy.

Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
